MicroHub Technology Solutions builds remote teams, IT systems and marketing engines for businesses across India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. That work involves handling information about you, your company and sometimes your customers. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, who can see it, and how you stay in control.
We never sell your data
No personal or business information is sold, rented or traded to advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
Least-privilege access
Only the assigned team members working on your engagement can access your systems and files.
NDAs as standard
Every MicroHub employee and contractor signs confidentiality and data-handling agreements before onboarding.
1 Who we are
MicroHub Technology Solutions ("MicroHub", "we", "us") provides remote staffing, virtual employees, IT infrastructure, software and digital marketing services. For information you submit through this website or provide during an engagement, MicroHub acts as the data controller. When we work inside your systems on your instructions, we act as a data processor on your behalf.

2 What we collect
- Contact details — name, work email, phone number, company name and country, submitted through our enquiry, consultation or newsletter forms.
- Engagement information — role requirements, team size, budget range, tooling and any brief you share so we can scope the work.
- Correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages, call notes and meeting recordings where you have agreed to recording.
- Billing information — invoicing entity, tax registration details and payment references. Card and bank credentials are handled by our payment providers, never stored by us.
- Website usage — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type.
- Candidate data — CVs, work history and assessment results when you apply to work with MicroHub or when we source talent for a client role.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data (health, biometrics, political or religious beliefs) and ask that you do not send it to us.
3 How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and schedule consultations.
- To deliver contracted services: onboarding remote staff, running IT and marketing operations, and reporting on performance.
- To manage contracts, invoicing, tax compliance and record-keeping.
- To send service updates and the MicroHub insights newsletter, where you have opted in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- To match candidates to open roles and verify suitability.
- To measure and improve website performance, content and security.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not run profiling for advertising.
4 Legal basis
- Contract — processing needed to quote for, start or run your engagement.
- Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries, protecting our systems, and improving our services in ways you would reasonably expect.
- Consent — marketing emails and non-essential analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting and employment record requirements.
5 Sharing & processors
We share information only where it is necessary to run the service, and only with providers bound by contractual confidentiality and security terms. Typical categories include:
- Cloud hosting, email and productivity platforms.
- CRM, helpdesk and project-management tools used to run your engagement.
- Analytics and website performance tooling.
- Payment processors, banks and accounting providers.
- Professional advisers, auditors, or authorities where the law requires disclosure.
We never grant third parties the right to use your data for their own marketing.
6 Client & end-customer data
When our remote employees work inside your CRM, inbox, accounting suite or support desk, they may see data about your customers. In that situation you remain the controller and we follow your documented instructions.
- Access is granted per person, per system, on a least-privilege basis and revoked at offboarding.
- All staff sign NDAs and acceptable-use policies covering exports, screenshots and personal-device use.
- We do not copy client databases into MicroHub systems unless a written scope requires it.
- On request or contract closure we return or delete the data we hold on your behalf.
7 Cookies & analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure and remember interface preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off; they are aggregated and never used to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect form submission and navigation.
8 Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS) for our website, email and client platforms.
- Access-controlled devices with endpoint protection, screen locks and disk encryption for delivery teams.
- Role-based permissions, unique accounts and multi-factor authentication where the platform supports it.
- Monitoring and audit trails on shared systems, plus periodic access reviews.
- Documented incident response: if a breach affects your data, we notify you promptly with scope, impact and remediation steps.
No system is perfectly secure, but we design our operations so a single compromised account cannot expose an entire client estate.
9 Retention
- Enquiry and proposal records: up to 24 months from last contact.
- Contract, invoicing and tax records: as long as applicable law requires (typically 5–8 years).
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then suppressed to honour your opt-out.
- Candidate applications: up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
- Client-owned operational data: per your instructions and the engagement contract.
10 Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold and provide a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete data we no longer need a lawful basis to keep.
- Restrict or object to specific processing, including direct marketing.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent previously given.
Email info@microhub.in with your request. We respond within 30 days and may ask for proof of identity before releasing information.
11 International transfers
Our delivery teams are based in India and support clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and beyond, so your information may be processed outside your home country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual data-protection clauses with our providers and internal access controls that apply regardless of location.
12 Changes & contact
We update this policy when our services, tooling or legal obligations change. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and material changes are communicated to active clients directly.
